MEET THE COURSE INSTRUCTOR
Boston, MA native, Chantel Hampton's journey in music began as a 3-yr old singing a bass line for her father's production. While in High School she pursued a career as a solo artist and received a full-tuition scholarship to attend Berklee College of Music, where she graduated with a B.A in Music Business & Management.
In 2013, Chantel was brought on as an Assistant Professor at Berklee College of Music where she has trained over 2,000 aspiring musicians in show development, music business, songwriting and professional skills. She has traveled the world-leading teams of faculty while lecturing and training students and faculty. Most recently, she has done presentations for the CJ Foundation (Samsung) of Seoul, Korea and The Apollo Theatre Education of Harlem, NY.
In 2017, Ms. Hampton received a Masters of Education in Educational Leadership & Politics from NYU and co-founded a booking and training resource agency, Spectrum Music Group, LLC. Through this entrepreneurial endeavor she has been privileged to work as a vocalist, recording engineer and vocal arranger for RCA Music Group's, Charlie Wilson, on his 2018 "In It To Win it" release and received a Grammy nomination for her work on Wilson’s “Made For Love” ft. Lalah Hathaway. Chantel has also served as a vocalist and administrative consultant for 2-time Grammy Winner, H.E.R’s tours, and live appearances. Recently, Chantel has worked as a vocal producer, arranger and background vocalist for Sting, Jennifer Lopez, Ciara, Shaggy, Ally Brooke (of Fifth Harmony) and the Pentatonix. Her voice has been heard on NBC’s Saturday Night Live, JLo’s “It’s My Party” Tour and 2020’s Super Bowl Halftime Show and commercial spots for Shea Moisture & BET. She's also served as a co-writer and producer for the winners of The Bachelor’s “Listen To your Heart”, Chris & Bri. Additionally, she’s overseen the band staffing for artists: H.E.R, Dej Loaf, and Teyana Taylor. All the while, she continued to focus on the development and education of young artists and arts educators - producing their product and preparing them for the industry.

Digging through your treasure chest of memories - starting to remember who you truly are
Re-thinking and discovering who you truly are and why you were born
Defining your “IT”
WEEK 3 & 4 - Paint Your Life
When you discover your “IT,” your eyes will then be opened to ALL of the beautiful possibilities you have in every area of your life. Together we will paint the picture, dream again and then put a plan to it.

WEEK 7 & 8 - Execute & Hit Your Target
Serve your audience from a place of clarity, freedom, passion and love! Boldly execute while living on and in purpose
Begin putting the pieces in place in order to reach out to the people you’re meant to serve
Develop and launch your first offering
